Reporting to the Owner, the Construction Bookkeeper will be hands on with Project Manager communication, vendor and subcontractor communications, AIA billing, certified payroll, lien waivers, preparing tax exemption documentation, project job cost reports, and other core construction accounting functions. Requirements Construction Bookkeeper Direct-Hire / Permanent position Robert Half contact: Drew.Schroll@RobertHalf com. • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Accountant or in a related field. • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary. • Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential. • Prior experience in Billing is important. • Experience in Construction Accounting is desirable. • Knowledge of Lien Waivers is beneficial. • Familiarity with Job Cost accounting methods is preferred.
