Construction Project Coordinator

The Construction Project Coordinator assists the Construction Project Manager to plan and execute national construction projects focused on large scale projects and updates to sites of $100K or more in improvements. 

What You'll Do: 

Administers CWI internal ticketing system (Service Desk) and site requests including intake of large to medium sized construction projects 

Administers and analyzes internal ticketing/project reporting documents, and regularly communicates project scope, schedules, timing and status to internal stakeholders 

Supports CPM in soliciting bids, recommending vendors and subcontractors, and with managing vendor relationships. 

Supports CPM with direction to and coordination of subcontractors and vendors during onsite work ensuring quality standards are met and work is performed correctly and completely. 

Manages and tracks invoices and close out documentation and coordinates with internal and external accounting departments to ensure all vendors are paid timely and accurately. Monitors budgeted expenditures and coordinates reporting 

Maintains and implements documentation controls and procedures, ensures proper approvals, change orders and project status are recorded and maintained. 

Some travel maybe requested on a limited basis but no more the 25% 

Performs other related duties as required  

What You'll Need to Have for the Role: 

Analytical: Ability to analyze projects of all sizes and evaluate potential results. 

Teamwork: Demonstrates ability to work cooperatively with providers and internal team 

Communication: Must effectively communicate both verbally and in writing using appropriate communication tools and techniques to internal and external users. 

Time-Management and Organizational skills: Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines. Must be a highly self-motivated team member able to work remotely. 

Proficient computer skills in all Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel) and ideally has background with Dropbox and Service Desk/Sales force platform. 

Prefer some knowledge of established construction and maintenance practices, procedures, and 

Frequently required to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods.  

May need to, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch. 

Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. and may need to lift or move up to 50 lbs. with assistance. 

General Compensation Disclosure 

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.   At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. 

Pay Range:

$53,445.00-$73,447.50 Annual
