Construction Project Coordinator

Pike Construction Services is seeking a detailed-oriented and organized Project Coordinator, to join our dynamic team. This position will be reporting out of our Albany office. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects by managing schedules, budgets, documentation and communication.
The ideal candidate will be:
+ responsible for maintaining document control software to monitor and record submittals, RFI’s, purchase orders, transmittals, and any other related documents.
+ accountable for reviewing and managing all prime and/or subcontracts are executed, and the necessary insurance and bonds are received and current.
+ assist the project supervisors with distributing and gathering necessary documents required for the change management process.

Education/Experience:
+ Associates degree from an accredited institute in related field or a minimum of 3 years equivalent experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
Knowledge:
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, required.
+ Familiar with construction document control software, preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $39,000 – $52,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
