Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Coordinator to manage and maintain all record-keeping and financial aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of owner and subcontractor contracts, insurance, bonds, and project specifications, including blueprint reading and project closeout. This full-time position is based in our Buffalo office.

ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain all record-keeping and financial aspects of construction projects.Understand owner and subcontractor contracts, insurance, bonds, and other related documents.Interpret project specifications and drawings, and ensure compliance with project requirements.Oversee project closeout procedures.Perform office assistant-related duties and other miscellaneous tasks as requested.Manage and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate degree in business, accounting, or administration is preferred but not required.Work Environment

This role is based in our Buffalo office. The work environment is professional and requires the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines. The position offers a competitive salary range of $50-$55k per year, with opportunities for discussions based on experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
