JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary ABM ATS Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator. Under the supervision of Project Manager Leader, supports the project management team to assure a smooth and timely flow of materials.

 

Essential Duties

· Coding and tracking of vendor / subcontractors invoicing.

· Uploading and tracking of customer invoicing.

· Uploading and tracking of RFI, shop drawing, submittal, and purchase order logs.

· Create and update project schedules in Project.

· Create and track purchase orders.

· Create meeting minutes (as needed).

· Coordinate with Project Managers to maintain updated portal schedules and tracking instruments.

· Performs in a professional, polite, and helpful manner when dealing with staff, vendor / subcontractors, and customers.

· Visit project site locations (at times and when needed) to assist with project kick offs, intermediate tracking, and close out documents.

 

Minimum Requirements

· Must have strong computer literacy.

· High School Diploma or GED is required.

· Project Coordination experience within commercial construction, electrical contracting, mechanical contracting is a plus.

· Five (5) or more years of experience in the construction, facilities industry in various operations support, accounting, administrative and office management roles.

· Experience with accounting systems is a plus.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Experience using Microsoft Word, Project, Excel and Access.

· Willing to travel 5% to 10%.
