We are currently seeking Project Engineers with 0-5 years of experience to support affordable housing and multifamily projectsMajority of project are affordable housing and multifamily but this company also works on hospitality, senior living, k-12, higher education, and government projectsResponsibilities include RFI's, submittals, support purchasing, generate schedules, support contract processes, manage change process, quality control, close outsProjects worth up to $70MLocal projects and all are new construction - projects in Denver, Lone Tree, and Ft CollinsBased in Denver, CO

Qualifications:

0-5 years of experienceBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or relevant experienceExperience with multifamily projects preferredProcore and Bluebeam preferred Strong experience in Procore, P6, Bluebeam, Cost Management/Timberline, ExcelAbout Actalent
