\t\t\t\t\tUnderstand general conditions budget; ensure financial success of the project by maintaining and/or reducing costsAssist Project Manager and Superintendent in the efficient control and management of the projectEnsures conformance with all safety requirements including conducting inspections and orientations, identifying and resolving hazards and communicating safety plansDrives execution of work on-site while ensuring quality standards and contract documents are followed, maintains project scheduleWorks collaboratively with all building partners including owner, architect, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers Completes all daily, weekly and monthly diaries and reportsAttend owner meetingsPromote growth and development of the ClientObtain all necessary governmental agency and utility company's approvals, permits and inspectionsPrepare, manage and complete punchlist and closeout documentsRepresents the Company with union labor, site visitors, entire building team

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00
