As a project engineer intern, you will support construction and development teams in all daily responsibilities including field inspections and observations, scheduling, preconstruction estimating, data analytics and submittal reviews. You will be provided with the opportunity to develop a range of skills as you work on multiple projects of various product types supporting all aspects of the construction process.  In this role, you will interact with professionals across multiple functions within Property Reserve including the Transactions, Development, Asset Management, Land, and Finance teams, and will also work with third-party architects, engineers, contractors and trade partners. An intern in this position will be exposed to institutional strategy, research, investment, development and construction management activities as well as be provided access to industry-leading market participants throughout the country.
