This role is crucial in overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities:

Define and establish the scope and objectives of the project. Anticipate and allocate resources necessary to achieve project goals efficiently. Develop a budget based on the project scope and required resources. Monitor and control project expenses to stay within the budget. Create and maintain a detailed project schedule and work plan. Consistently update stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress. Manage vendor and supplier contracts by assigning tasks and setting clear expectations for deliverables. Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project’s execution. Track progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on course. Assess project performance to identify areas for improvement. Comprehend building requirements and oversee all stages of project delivery from start to finish.

Requirements:

Years of Experience: 8 to 12 years Educational Requirements: National diploma as a minimum; a BSc or BTech is preferred. Professional Registration: Being professionally registered is advantageous. Type of Construction Experience: Experience in building, civil projects, or the retail petroleum industry is beneficial. Software Experience: Proficiency in MS Projects and MS Teams is required.
