Walsh is currently seeking an MEP Project Manager in Dallas, TX for the Healthcare Division.

Responsibilities Providing leadership for multiple aspects of controls including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision and management of personnelProject start up, project completion, and entire close-out process Develops strategy for personnel development & recruitingResponsible for managing contractual issuesEstablishing and maintain customer relationshipsAccurate forecasting of costs for job completionProvide leadership and development to project teamFinal say in the resolution of problemsQuality Assurance and Quality Control plansIdentifies issues to Program Manager as required to ensure the success of the projectReviews and approves preliminary schedules, financial projections, and cost to completeEnsures construction site rules and procedures are implemented and followedCoordinate with Safety Manager to ensure projects are completed in accordance with safety goals  Qualifications 7+ years of experienceBachelor’s degree preferredMEP management experience preferred Experience in managing construction teamsSuccess in client relationshipsSpecific roles may require relocation
