We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our client's construction projects, from planning through to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven ability to manage multiple projects, and a deep understanding of construction processes. You will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
+ 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
+ Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
+ Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
+ PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
salary: $36.05 - $43.27 per hour

Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
+ Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
+ Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
+ Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
+ Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet changing conditions.
+ Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.
+ Resolve any issues, conflicts, or challenges that arise during the project.
+ Conduct on-site inspections to ensure work aligns with project specifications.
+ Manage project risks and create contingency plans when necessary.
+ Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
