Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage retail construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on retail environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
Quality Control: Ensure all construction activities comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
