Job Description:

Manage all stages of luxury residential construction projects, ensuring successful delivery. Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources, emphasizing value engineering. Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance on job sites. Conduct contract negotiations and define project scopes. Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and team members. Utilize construction software (Procore, Microsoft Project) for project tracking and management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of project management experience in residential wood-frame construction. Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and construction management tools. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team management skills.
