Construction Project Manager

Lee Company provides core construction services of HVAC, plumbing and electrical for large and small commercial projects throughout Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. Summary of Job:

Manage the day to day operations of construction projects including mechanical and plumbing (M&P) projects with budged amounts over $400,000 from conception through the completion of the warranty period and responsible for the successful coordination and execution of all aspects of the project.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Business or Engineering or equivalent experience5 or more years construction project management experience required with specific Plumbing and Mechanical management experience preferredGood general knowledge of the construction processExperience with and awareness of contract process, terms, legal issues, scope, etc.Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Products, Solomon, and Microsoft ProjectExperience with and knowledge of blue prints and specifications related to mechanical constructionTrade licenses are a plus
