Construction Project Manager
Job Title: Dynamic Project Manager for On-Site Construction Projects Description: Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for managing construction projects? We are looking for a Dynamic Project Manager to join our team and oversee a variety of exciting projects at our client’s site. From building out new office spaces to installing furniture, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of each project. Key Responsibilities: + Define Project Scope & Success Criteria: Establish clear project goals and ensure a positive customer experience. + Team Leadership: Direct and coordinate efforts between dealers, manufacturers, and client teams to achieve mutual goals, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. + Project Coordination: Develop, oversee, and manage all tasks, work plans, timelines, logistics, critical dates, third-party interfaces, performance quality, budget, and project administration. + On-Site Management: Ensure site readiness and supervise trade resources, ensuring quality performance, timely completion, and adherence to plans. + Documentation: Maintain detailed project records, including key decisions, customer requests, financial updates, and change orders. + Bid Preparation: Prepare bid documents based on final designs and procure necessary equipment and materials. + Furniture Management: Specify, inventory, and source furniture in line with the client’s reuse strategy. + Move Planning: Develop move drawings using customer programming information to ensure all items and personnel are correctly identified and aligned. + Pre-Construction Planning: Conduct pre-construction meetings with selected bidders to review safety requirements, site access, and scheduling.
