Our client, a dynamic player in the HVAC industry, is seeking a DDC Project Manager to join their team. As a DDC Project Manager, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability to communicate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** DDC Project Manager
**Location:** On Site, Raleigh, North Carolina
**Pay Range:** $70,000 - $105,000 yearly salary + 15% yearly bonus
**What's the Job?**
+ Plan, coordinate, implement, and finalize projects according to specifications and schedules while maintaining budget constraints.
+ Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
+ Set goals and objectives for the team and manage performance accordingly.
+ Manage field staff and subcontractors, minimizing project risks until successful completion.
+ Encourage team collaboration by sharing ideas and opinions for each project.
**What's Needed?**
+ 3+ years of DDC Project Management experience.
+ Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products.
+ Excellent people and organizational skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Flexibility to work outside normal hours/weekends as required.
