Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are searching for a Concrete Project Manager to manage commercial construction projects in the greater Portland area.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed project plans including scope, objectives, deliverables, schedule, and resource allocation.Manage project budgets, including detailed cost estimates, contingency planning, and financial tracking.Create and maintain a detailed project schedule, incorporating all phases of construction, from design through to completion.Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Review and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.Prepare and deliver regular project status updates, including progress reports, financial summaries, and schedule updates to clients and stakeholders.Essential SkillsExperience in construction management, particularly with concrete construction.Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, and MS Project.Experience with commercial construction projects.Strong skills in project management, including RFI, change orders, and budgeting.5-10 years of experience in project management for a concrete contractor.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with estimation and financial tracking.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00
