Construction Project Manager
Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing several small to medium-sized tenant interior renovation projects and smaller base-build projects. Project values range from $250,000 to $3 million and can include an orthopedic office, small apartment building, and small mixed-use building. Responsibilities + Manage multiple small to medium-sized tenant interior renovation and base-build projects simultaneously. + Communicate daily with the superintendent, project assistant, and building owner via phone, text, and email. + Solicit bids from subcontractors and assist in preparing estimates and proposals. + Manage project finances and cost accounting using standard construction software. + Maintain project budgets and ensure financial targets are met. + Establish and maintain relationships with construction and real estate professionals to focus on business development. Essential Skills + Experience in construction project management. + Proficiency in managing multiple projects at once. + Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project teams. + Experience with construction documents, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and blueprints. + Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and commercial construction management. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 5+ years of experience in construction project management. + Strong communication and relationship-building skills. + Ability to work with standard construction software for cost accounting.
