Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. You will work closely with a senior project manager, project executive, and project engineer to oversee the construction of a 100-unit townhome complex, followed by a 200-unit apartment complex and a 24-unit townhome complex.
ResponsibilitiesOversee the construction of multi-family wood frame projects.Collaborate with a senior project manager, project executive, and project engineer to ensure project success.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.Bid and estimate work for new projects.Essential SkillsExperience managing wood frame commercial construction projects.Proficiency in project management.Knowledge of bidding and estimation processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsHaving a book of business is a plus.Work Environment
You will be part of a dynamic team with a significant backlog of work extending to 2026. The role involves managing multiple construction projects, requiring effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00
