Construction Project Manager

Job Title: Construction Manager

Some travel required!

Job Description:

Oversee development projects, managing budgets, schedules, and communication.

Responsibilities:

Review sites and feasibility reports.Create and manage budgets and schedules.Select and oversee contractors.Track project milestones and deliverables.Monitor contractor progress for compliance.Coordinate with utility providers for setup and connections.Ensure project closeout and manage warranties.Handle tenant changes and track impacts.Lead weekly stakeholder meetings.Prepare project reports and documentation.Approve payments and change orders.

Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years in construction management.Proficient in Excel and Bluebeam Revu.Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience with retail or big box projects is a plus.

Work Environment:

Must be based in Dallas-Fort Worth.Regular travel to job sites in Texas

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00

Subsidized health insurance coverage (health, dental, vision) for full time positions. The can expenses all travel, Gas, tolls, and any other work related expenses.
