Job Description
We specialize in building manufacturing facilities for pharmaceutical, bio-tech, and animal health clients. As a Sr. Construction Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work throughout the Southeast leading construction projects to successful completion—safely, on time, and on budget. To excel in this role, you'll need a strong construction background, an uncompromising commitment to safety and quality, and a focus on client engagement. You'll work with the Project Director and/or Senior Project Manager as you guide our engineering, construction management, and superintendent teams to achieve project goals. You’ll maintain preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans; project scopes of work; budgets; and schedules. In coordination with accounting, you'll manage vendor and subcontractor invoicing and client billing. We’ll rely on you to monitor project costs and field conditions and ensure changes are fully reflected in cost reports. You’ll also monitor design content and coordinate design revisions for constructability and compliance. Collaboration is key, as you’ll coordinate the construction schedule with design, commissioning, and qualification schedule requirements. If project risks are identified, you’ll work to mitigate those in partnership with senior management. As a champion of our safety culture, you'll be responsible for leading the established site safety program in your area and monitoring performance with CMs and Superintendents on site. You’ll regularly interact with the client, listening and ensuring that their needs are met with a focus on the client experience. You’ll build strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients as you develop solutions, all while building life-impacting facilities.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00
