Job Description

AECOM Hunt has a need for an experienced Construction Project Manager for our exciting project at the JFK airport, Terminal 6.  

Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

BA Construction Managment/Engineering or similar curriculum and 6 years of progressive construction project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Requirements:

6 years of construction project management experience on large infrastructure construction projects.Experience in procurement and sequencing of large construction projects.Prior experience leading external teams of designers, consultants, contractors, etc.Experience interfacing with public authorities. Experience with CMiC or other construction software programs.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
