Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to monitor the progress, performance, and quality of our projects. In this role, you will lead project meetings, manage schedules and budgets, create subcontracts, and support our Project Superintendent. You will also oversee supporting staff and perform other duties as assigned.

ResponsibilitiesMonitor the progress, performance, and quality of the project(s).Lead project meetings, including reporting project status and gauging client satisfaction.Manage the project schedule, budget, and documentation.Create subcontracts and prepare purchase orders.Develop scope and RFQ packages for subcontractors and vendors.Support the Project Superintendent to ensure adherence to contract documents/requirements.Provide oversight of supporting staff, including interviewing and training associates, and planning, assigning, and directing work.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsMinimum of 4 years of experience as a Project ManagerGeneral Contracting experienceProficient in MS OfficeProficient in Primavera P6Proficient in ProCoreAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in commercial constructionStrong project management skillsWork Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00
