Construction Project Manager: Lead the Way from Concept to Completion.

Responsibilities include:

Manage design and construction projects from inception to go-live
 

Partner with stakeholders from various departments to cross-functionally support the Project Owner to ensure the design and construction meet the goals set out in the Project Charter. 
 

Serve as the liaison between Project Owner, internal stakeholders, and external contractors, designers and vendors to ensure effective scheduling, communication, budgeting and project success
 

Partners with various internal departments on small to medium sized design and construction projects to establish and monitor budgets and schedules.
 

Ability to take a leadership role on multiple projects ranging from single department to multiple, integrated systems, services, and initiatives.

 

What You'll Need:

1-2  years minimum experience in construction project management, ideally in healthcare.
 

Minimum of an Associates degree in engineering, construction management, facilities management, or related field, Bachelors degree preferred
 

Ability to creatively problem solve and manage multiple projects and tasks
 

Experience working in a team environment with diverse stakeholders and managing and prioritizing project demands
 

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
 

Creative mindset with a passion for innovative construction solutions.
 

Ability to work onsite in La Crosse, WI
