Construction Project Manager
Job Description Day to day   Develop strong working relationships with client points of contact, government agencies, contractors and consultants.   Support extensively in pre-construction coordination with design reviews, value engineering sessions, permitting processes, community engagement meetings, etc.   Assist in the review of project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.   Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and consistently represent the Owners interest in meetings and in the field.   Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.   Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnels performance) and report regularly on project status.   Prepare and submit project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.   Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during design or construction. Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with owners policies, procedures, and industry standards. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in construction management, or a related field.   4-7 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role/experience.   Strong knowledge of design and construction process, methods, materials, and regulations.   Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.   Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-faceted team Professional Engineer (PE) license or other relevant certifications is a plus.   Experience with projects using federal funding is a plus.
