Your Role:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will take ownership of planning, executing, and finalizing projects within budget and time constraints. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and successful project delivery.

What You Will Be Doing: Managing a 30 million dollar commercial/institutional project in Vanderhoof, BC. Project will be managed out of the Vancouver office and required to visit the job site every 4-6 weeks (All expenses fully covered while traveling). Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate resources and stakeholders to meet project objectives. Monitor project progress and make adjustments to meet goals. Identify and mitigate risks proactively. Foster a culture of teamwork and open communication.
What You Bring To The Table: Proven experience managing projects in construction. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Experience in construction accounting, budgeting and managing projects 60 million plus in project size.
