Job Description A top utilities company in downtown Houston is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for leading the design and construction of 2 critical Emergency Operations Centers (EOC), overseeing all aspects of these projects, including scope definition, design, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale construction and renovation projects, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. Skills and Requirements Bachelors in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, OR related 5+ years of experience managing complex construction, renovation, or infrastructure projects Experience with hardened construction materials and buildings Experience with Oil & Gas is okay if the experience was with building construction Experience in managing large budgets and delivering projects on time Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety standards Familiarity with IT systems integration, including emergency communications and redundancy solutions Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) PMP Certification OR equivalent Experience with emergency operations or mission-critical facilities Knowledge of lean operating principles or continuous improvement methodologies null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
