Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee small to large retail, commercial, and religious (church) projects. This role is essential in managing subcontractors and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities + Oversee subcontractors, scheduling, and project timelines. + Collaborate with the Superintendent on budget status. + Handle all invoicing and accounting tasks. + Create work-in-progress and cost status reports. + Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Essential Skills + 5+ years of experience with commercial construction. + Experience with projects valued at $5-$10+ million. + Experience running 3-5 projects simultaneously. + Experience with ground-up projects, including site work. + Knowledge of the Indianapolis market, contractors, laws, building codes, and regulations. + Ability to travel 3 days per month, both in-state and out-of-state. + Experience with field administrative work (RFIs, Submittals). + Ability to read blueprints and civil drawings. + Experience with 3-week look-ahead and scheduling. + Construction management degree. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Degree in Construction Management or related field. + Experience with public construction projects, institutional construction, and national account programs. + Procore Training. + Flexibility with schedule when work is completed. Work Environment The work environment is calm and structured, aimed at avoiding conflict. The office operates Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. The role requires traveling to sites 3 days per month. The company fosters a positive work culture with BBQs 2-3 times every summer, an annual charity golf outing, and women in leadership roles. The position also includes a $550 monthly vehicle allowance and mileage reimbursement. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $57.69 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
