Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with 10 years of project management experience to lead a team in building a hotel in Syracuse, NY. The ideal candidate will manage the electrical and mechanical teams and oversee all aspects of the project, including change orders, RFIs, proposals, and bids. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-known construction company.

ResponsibilitiesManage a team building a 259-room hotel.Oversee the electrical and mechanical teams.Handle change orders, RFIs, proposals, and bids.Manage subcontractors and ensure project milestones are met.Coordinate and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.Essential Skills10 years of project management experience.Experience managing a team.Proficiency in handling change orders, RFIs, proposals, and bids.Familiarity with commercial construction and construction management.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in commercial construction, estimation, and construction document management.Mechanical and electrical project management experience.Work Environment

This position requires working five days a week onsite in Ardmore, PA. The work involves managing teams and coordinating with various stakeholders in an office environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $150000.00/hr.
