Job Description
+ We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team on a significant project in Horseheads, NY.
+ This project involves extensive K-12 work on a large multi-school campus with multiple ongoing projects.
+ The Project Manager will report to the assigned Project Executive and be responsible for the overall planning, management, and execution of assigned projects.
+ This includes scheduling, billing, and controlling direct job material and labor costs to generate profit, and ensuring a safe work environment in collaboration with the Superintendent.
Responsibilities
+ Ensure successful project initiation through careful planning, including the development of a CPM schedule.
+ Participate in the Project Hand-off Meeting with Estimating, Accounting, Safety, and Superintendent.
+ Engage in the Constructability Review Meeting when requested by Estimating, providing comments and concerns related to site logistics, construction sequence, material selections, and required details.
+ Manage the purchasing of subcontracts and purchase orders.
+ Track project buyout.
+ Establish a billing schedule of values to be reviewed by the assigned project executive.
+ Collaborate with the Superintendent to develop a CPM Schedule.
+ Estimate and negotiate change orders.
+ Complete budget revisions timely and accurately upon approval of change orders.
+ Work with accounting to update budgets and verify accuracy.
+ Generate and issue subcontractors change orders.

Work Environment
+ The role is onsite and involves working closely with various teams including Estimating, Accounting, Safety, and Superintendents.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $48.08/hr.
