Facilities Manager - Capital Projects

Location: Remote (Central or Eastern Time Zone Preferred)
Duration: ~12 months (with possible extensions)
Hours: Vary week to week
Travel: Minimal (up to 5 trips as needed)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee upcoming capital projects and office build-outs over the next ~12 months. This role requires someone with experience managing multiple projects across multiple locations simultaneously, particularly in facilities, property management, or construction.


Key Responsibilities:
5+ Years of experience in the following:
· Manage and oversee capital projects and office build-outs from planning through completion.
· Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects stay on track.
· Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources for multiple projects at different locations.
· Ensure all projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
· Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
· Travel as needed (up to 5 trips) to project sites for inspections or coordination.


Qualifications:
· Experience in facilities management, property management, or construction.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects across different locations.
· Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
· Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
· Ability to adapt to fluctuating work hours as project demands change.
