Job Description A large IT solutions client is looking for Construction Project Managers to join their team North Dallas,TX. As a Construction PM you will be supporting the facilities and infrastructure technologies team set up one of their largest healthcare clients new sites across the DFW metroplex. This role is very focused on cabling infrastructure design and installation management, along with specifying UPS systems, Mechanical (HVAC) and electrical requirements to support the Network and Telecom equipment. This PM will be responsible for concept creation, project design, blueprint drawings, customer and vendor accessibility and budgeting. A typical day in the life you can expect to provide technical design of systems for building projects including voice, data, audio/visual, and other low voltage systems, handle preparation of specifications, descriptive drawings, conduct site visits, review technical documents, and customer contact while also completing project assignments with minimal supervision as well as give directions to support staff to complete a project. This role will function fully onsite either in North Dallas, TX 5 times a week and mileage will be reimbursed. Compensation: $20/hr to $35/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
