Job Description Our large construction client is currently hiring for a Project Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for acting as the site superintendent and Project Manager for all of the school district projects within Prince George County, Maryland. This individual should have 10+ years of experience working on construction projects that are 1 million and up in size. This PM will be responsible for working directly with the client, handling all paperwork, RFPs. proposals, scheduling and working in procore and microsoft project. Travel to the sites is required on an as needed basis. OSHA 10-30 is required. Any background working on construction projects involving modular buildings or schools is highly preferred.
