Insight Global is searching for a Construction Project Manager to join one of our clients in the Deerfield, IL area. This individual would oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of retail construction projects from inception to completion. These projects include free-standing retail spaces and their surrounding area. This is a hybrid role, 3 days/week in office.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure timely completion of retail construction projects.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate and manage the work of architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
- Quality Control: Ensure that construction work meets quality standards and complies with all relevant building codes and regulations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes in project scope.
