Construction Project Manager
Job Description We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage reconstruction projects resulting from water, fire, mold, and storm damage Manage all aspects of reconstruction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with insurance requirements Utilize DASH and Microsoft Office Suite for project documentation, scheduling, and communication Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and in-house crews, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters, clients, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly Conduct site inspections to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within the restoration industry Proficiency in Xactimate, DASH, and Microsoft Office Suite is required Strong understanding of insurance claim processes and requirements Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership and team management abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters Valid drivers license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts, as required null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
