Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field  7+ years of experience in construction project management  Experience managing a wide variety of vertical commercial construction projects  Experience working on projects up to $20 million.  Knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and standards  Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, contractors, and consultants  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and other relevant software tools PMP, CCM, PE, or other certifications  Public Entity project work null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
