Construction Project ManagerJob Description We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager who will handle all duties related to Project Management. The ideal candidate will manage RFIs, document control, cost and change orders, cost management, scheduling, forecasting, construction billing, and contracts. This role requires working within a regulated environment on high-budget projects. This role is open due to the original PM being moved to a new project, and the Hiring Manager needing to focus on Account Management. This Project Manager will be working on a high-profile local project to start, and will be trusted with flexibility and autonomy to run the project to successful completion. This project is a multi-million dollar job within the Pharmaceutical industry, and will require a strong attention to detail. This is an excellent project for the Project Manager to add to their resume, and a great chance to leave an impact and legacy. Responsibilities + Handle RFIs and Document Control + Manage Project Costs and Change Orders + Oversee Cost Management and Forecasting + Schedule Tasks provided to a Prime Contractor or Client + Manage Construction Billing and Contracts Essential Skills + 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager + Experience managing high-end Renovation and Remodel projects + Experience in Cost Management and Forecasting from running projects + Experience managing construction projects with over $5million project budgets and $20 million annual budgets + Experience with construction projects in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industries with heavy regulations + Willing and able to submit to extensive background check for pharmaceutical client prior to starting Additional Skills & Qualifications + College degree in Engineering, Construction, or Related Discipline + Experience overseeing or supporting MEP Design or Construction + Strong proficiency in Procore project software + Active OSHA 30 Certification Work Environment The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, with some flexibility and autonomy. There is no set start time in the mornings. This person will be working at the client's location in Indianapolis and interfacing with the client's Project Management team on a consistent basis. This is a salaried position with the potential for metric-based bonuses (quarterly and annually). This client and company both have a strong backlog of work. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
