We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager who will handle all duties related to Project Management. The ideal candidate will manage RFIs, document control, cost and change orders, cost management, scheduling, forecasting, construction billing, and contracts. This role requires working within a regulated environment on high-budget projects. This role is open due to the original PM being moved to a new project, and the Hiring Manager needing to focus on Account Management.

This Project Manager will be working on a high-profile local project to start, and will be trusted with flexibility and autonomy to run the project to successful completion. This project is a multi-million dollar job within the Pharmaceutical industry, and will require a strong attention to detail. This is an excellent project for the Project Manager to add to their resume, and a great chance to leave an impact and legacy.

ResponsibilitiesHandle RFIs and Document ControlManage Project Costs and Change OrdersOversee Cost Management and ForecastingSchedule Tasks provided to a Prime Contractor or ClientManage Construction Billing and ContractsEssential Skills4+ years of experience as a Project ManagerExperience managing high-end Renovation and Remodel projectsExperience in Cost Management and Forecasting from running projectsExperience managing construction projects with over $5million project budgets and $20 million annual budgetsExperience with construction projects in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industries with heavy regulationsWilling and able to submit to extensive background check for pharmaceutical client prior to startingAdditional Skills & QualificationsCollege degree in Engineering, Construction, or Related DisciplineExperience overseeing or supporting MEP Design or ConstructionStrong proficiency in Procore project softwareActive OSHA 30 CertificationWork Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, with some flexibility and autonomy. There is no set start time in the mornings. This person will be working at the client's location in Indianapolis and interfacing with the client's Project Management team on a consistent basis. This is a salaried position with the potential for metric-based bonuses (quarterly and annually). This client and company both have a strong backlog of work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
