Construction Project Manager
Job Description A large utilities client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager/Owner's Representative to oversee multiple projects within their organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction schedules, excellent time management skills, and the ability to manage projects from inception to completion. As a Construction Project Manager, you will have responsibility for oversight and management of all phases of the project; inclusive but not limited to: project initiation, discovery and planning, design, general contractor procurement, permitting, construction administration and project close out. This person will be overseeing boiler replacements, carpet replacements, interior fit out space and lighting upgrades. This position is homebased in Wilmington, IL but will require travel throughout the mid-west region (Illinois, DePere WI, Houston/Austin TX and Idaho). Travel and expenses will be compensated Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
