Job Description - Oversee large, full-lifecycle construction project from public engagement, envisioning, bid packages, scheduling, budget, and overseeing the construction - Supervise the construction and control the budget, including writing specifications and contracts, analyze bids, and make recommendations - Attend preconstruction and in-house design review meetings - Ensure design consultant and contractors are performing the duties listed in their contracts - Review construction plans for compliance - Act as a liaison with federal, state, local, and other government entities - Assist grant office in production of documents, record keeping, and preparing reports We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
