If you are a Construction Project Manager with retail/restaurant project experience, please read on! We are a GC based in Lanham and founded in the early 1980's, specializing in customer driven markets and projects like hospitality/restaurant buildings, retail spaces and consumer heavy projects.What You Will Be Doing- Assume total responsibility for a quality-built project while maintaining schedule and budget.
- Monitor and control project through administrative direction of on-site superintendent to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Inspect projects under construction on a regular basis to ensure the work conforms to plans, specifications, budget, schedule, quality, codes, regulations, and initiate any adjustment of working procedures.
- Manage and review project Submittals from subcontractors and submit to the appropriate design consultants.What You Need for this Position- 5+ years in Retail, Restaurant, or Community Construction in a Project Manager role
- Ability to travel within the state of Maryland
