The Construction Project Manager I supports the construction management team by: + Clearly communicating project requirements, organizing internal and external meetings, and interpreting construction documents. + Ensuring project success through effective job cost control and risk management. + Maintaining project quality by preparing monthly reports, reviewing sub-contractor scopes of work, evaluating shop drawings, and addressing open punch list and warranty items. + Upholding client commitments by managing and updating project schedules and safety initiatives. + Enhancing client and subcontractor relationships. Qualified candidates will have the following: + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or four years of relevant experience in place of a degree). + Internship experience in design-build or construction. + Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). + Experience with Procore (preferred). + Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams. + High initiative and passion for learning. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
