Position Responsibilities

 

Responsible for the development and management of the project budget and schedule in collaboration with the Director of Construction or designated colleague Responsible for managing and driving the budget and schedule throughout the course of the project        Required to act as a financial steward for the organization, ensuring funds are being appropriately allocated Responsible for gathering approvals for budgets and budget increases to ensure all necessary parties are kept aware of the progress of projects and allocations of funds Engages with department leadership to review and evaluate project plans and objectives in an effort to support various initiatives Responsible for ensuring participants engage in the initiative, scheduling and management of meetings and developing minutes as necessary to document and track progress Establishes quality and performance targets (including value propositions before and after implementations) Develop and maintain project folder to ensure all relevant documents are retained and easily accessible Collaborate with junior team members to ensure they have the support needed to grow in their role Collaborate with senior team members to ensure personal growth and experience relevant to new topics and/ or project specific hurdles                                                                                                                                                        

Qualifications

 

Bachelor Degree in a Construction related field or equivalent based on experience. Minimum 5 years operational healthcare experience with an emphasis on construction.
