Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction and be able to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget.Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the construction process.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and maintained.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably in Retail commercial projects.Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.
