Job Description
The Triple Hat is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a Federal Construction Project. This role involves performing work as a Superintendent, Construction Quality Control Manager and Site Safety and Health Office
ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and implement a project-specific quality control program.Execute quality control performance according to contract requirements.Manage and oversee the quality control processes on construction projects.Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.Conduct inspections and audits to verify quality control measures are being followed.Prepare and maintain detailed quality control documentation and reports.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality control issues.Develop and implement the Safety Program for the siteEssential SkillsFive or more years of combined experience in the commercial construction industry as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer.Two years of experience specifically as a QC Manager.A current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate.Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications (training can be provided).Proficiency in quality control management software such as Procore, Autodesk Build, RMS/QCS.Additional Skills & QualificationsSpecialty inspection training and licenses/certifications are highly desired.RMS/QCS training is preferred (training is available).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00
