We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Quality Control Manager to oversee on-site projects across the Southeast. The typical project duration ranges from 12 to 18 months. This role requires a thorough understanding of construction management, site safety, and federal construction regulations.
Responsibilities
+ Manage and oversee all aspects of construction quality control on-site.
+ Ensure compliance with OSHA 30, CQCM, and EM385-1-1 standards.
+ Supervise and enforce site safety regulations.
+ Coordinate with construction teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
+ Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain compliance with federal construction regulations.
Essential Skills
+ OSHA 30 certification
+ Certified Quality Control Manager (CQCM)
+ Knowledge of EM385-1-1 standards
+ Extensive experience in construction management
+ Strong understanding of site safety protocols
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience working on Federal Construction Bases
+ Proficiency in managing construction projects on USACE (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers) sites
Work Environment
This position involves working on-site at various construction projects across the Southeast. The role requires adherence to strict safety standards and regulations. Typical project durations are between 12 to 18 months. The work environment is dynamic and requires the ability to manage multiple aspects of construction quality control.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
