As a Construction Quality Control Supervisor at Perini Management Services, you will have the opportunity to: **Description:** + Implement and maintain the approved Contractor Quality Control Plan including responsibility for all required preparatory meetings, initial inspections and follow up inspections. + Develop understanding/working knowledge of company quality control program, company standards, procedures, codes, etc. required to perform assigned work. + Review, comment upon and control design and product submittal process. + Plan, schedule and run Preparatory Meetings. + Perform quality control inspections and witness tests to determine acceptability of work. + Schedule and coordinate QA inspectors with Owner’s Rep. + Assist in maintaining work performance records, inspection records and other related items; assure correctness of all documents. + Assist in preparation/implementation of quality control procedures, i.e., inspection instructions, control measuring and test equipment, etc. + Participate in internal/external quality control audits. + Assist in reviewing purchase documents to ensure compliance with quality control requirements. + Inspect and inventory material shipments for compliance. + Ensure progress by proactively address Q.C. issues. **Requirements:** + Experience with QC/QA on Construction Projects + Five (5) years construction experience as QC Manager, Project Supervision or Management + USACE CQM certification + Registration as a Professional Engineer + Temporary relocation to San Francisco Bay Area required. + Alternative qualifications my be considered for candidates with: + Experience with NPS Projects and/or other Federal Government Clients + Experience on Historical Renovation Projects and/or Renovation of Active Facilities + Expertise in Structural and Architectural Concrete Repairs **About Perini Management Services, Inc.** **_At home or abroad, our focus is on client satisfaction_** Our client-centered approach and competitive, enterprising spirit has yielded many longstanding partnerships throughout the country and the world.
