Microsoft’s Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) organization is the engine that powers our cloud services. Our data center construction team is dedicated to delivering the highest quality data centers for our cloud services. As we continue to revolutionize the way construction projects are planned, managed, and executed, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Quality Manager to join our diverse and inclusive team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the high standard and reliability of our product.  

The Construction Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes within our construction organization. Working collaboratively with our construction team, procurement, and engineering teams, you will ensure that our day-to-day execution adheres to our processes and project parameters and ensure conformance, meeting the highest standards of performance, functionality, and safety.   

In your role you will report directly to the Regional Construction Lead and work across all projects in the Region to ensure consistency in the QAQC (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) program and will be matrixed to the construction quality team and work with our center of excellence and central quality organization as well.  

This opportunity will also allow you to work directly with our central quality team and collaborate with our center of excellence, accelerating your career growth. You will have an opportunity to help mature our site quality processes into a comprehensive QAQC program. You will become adept at navigating data and analytics and have exposure to every aspect of capacity delivery, developing a broad knowledge-based on how data centers are built, delivered, and operated.
