Everlight Solar is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Recruiting Assistant! This full-time, in-office, entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates. The Construction Recruiting Assistant will play a key role in supporting skilled trades and talent acquisition efforts by performing interviews, serving as a liaison between the Construction and Recruitment Departments, and representing the company at job fairs and other recruiting events.

Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Training will include shadowing the different construction teamsYou will work closely with the Construction Recruiter to enact company goals and strategiesYou will perform personality interviews both virtually and in-personYou will attend internal and external in-person recruiting events such as job fairs, etc.You will act as a liaison between Construction and Recruitment teams
