Job Description
These positions involve working in teams of two to renovate vacant apartments. The tasks include basic plumbing such as changing faucets and shower heads, basic electrical work like installing ceiling fans, basic carpentry including installing baseboards and door casings, and basic drywall work such as patching holes and sometimes replacing sections of drywall.
ResponsibilitiesPerform basic plumbing tasks including changing faucets and shower heads.Conduct basic electrical work including installing ceiling fans.Execute basic carpentry tasks such as installing baseboards and door casings.Perform basic drywall work including patching holes and replacing sections of drywall.Essential SkillsProficiency in at least 2 of the following skills: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and drywall repair.Experience with hand and power tools.Mechanically inclined.Additional Skills & QualificationsPainting, construction, and general labor experience.Proficiency in using tools such as sawzall, cordless drill or impact, finish nail gun, and grinder.Willingness to learn and a good attitude are key factors.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
All positions are 1st shift, Monday to Friday from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM, working in teams of two to refurbish vacant apartments.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fullerton, California.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
